Many people have told me how important progress pictures are for your personal motivation. I believe, being able to see the result of your workout on your own body is a huge motivational factor. I know, I am getting stronger but lately it has become difficult for me to see any changes on my body. I look myself in the mirror everyday, and simply start to forget what I looked like before. I have never been fat, I just wasn’t very strong. Yesterday, I took pictures of myself for the first time since I started lifting weights and eating healthier. ‘Did I really look like that?’, was my first thought when I compared the two different pictures with approximately two months between. I got much more toned and my body position is much better. I couldn’t be happier.
