S’well is a brand that creates stylish durable water bottles, and it is the company’s mission to reduce the use of plastic bottles in the world. The bottles are made out of insulated stainless steel and keep drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for 12.
I like this brand, not only because I find the bottles fashionable, but because it is working towards bettering the environment and communities by helping charity partners. For example, the company donated money to the U.S. Fund for Unicef to help provide clean water to children around the world.
The company offers customized bottles for brands, corporations and events. For example, the company has had a success with creating custom bottles for a number of designers for their NYFW shows and backstage.
I think S’well is a sustainable, stylish and charitable choice for a water bottle, which can be used in many situations, also in the gym. On S’wells webpage http://www.swellbottle.com you can see pictures of the bottles posted by customers on Instagram. I made a collage with some of my favorite pictures.
In general, I am really bad at drinking the amount of water my body needs. If I get to choose between coffee and water, I choose coffee. Not good, I know, but I feel like water alone is just so boring. I like flavoured or sparkling water a lot better.
I stumbled upon this bottle on Instagram and I really like it. It is from the brand Shedfat (http://www.shedyourfat.com/infuser-bottle.html). Fruit infused water should be really healthy, and this bottle makes it seem really easy to create your own flavour by mixing different berries. For the best result you’ll have to leave the berries inside the cold water for at least 30 minutes before drinking.
I don’t know if it makes a difference, really. But I would probably choose organic berries to be sure avoid any chemicals.

I find there is something cool about this jumpsuit from Rivia Sports. I am not sure if I would wear it to the gym myself but it just looks so comfortable.

My sports bag is pretty old. We are talking 3-4 years now, if not more. It’s from Nike and when you think about how much I have used it, not only for the gym, but also on weekend trips and holidays, it is still in an amazing condition. Here are three gym bag versions I would consider buying if I needed a new one.
