I just came home from a long leg workout where these legs did 6 sets of 4×70 kg squats. This is the heaviest I did so far and it’s so much more than when I started.

White summer kicks.

This is my top five white sneakers made of lighter materials and with more ventilation perfect for the summer time. The Nike Roshe Run Breeze is an updated version of the model made of a new Mesh that gives more ventilation. I found the sneakers on (and borrowed the pictures from) the webshops: Rezetstore.dk, Stoy-munkholm.com and Andsneaks.com. Nakedcph.com also have some cool models.

 

Reflector.

My New Balance shoes I bought in Copenhagen. They light up when lights hit them in the dark. I think they look cool.
