Fruity water.


In general, I am really bad at drinking the amount of water my body needs. If I get to choose between coffee and water, I choose coffee. Not good, I know, but I feel like water alone is just so boring. I like flavoured or sparkling water a lot better.

I stumbled upon this bottle on Instagram and I really like it. It is from the brand Shedfat ( Fruit infused water should be really healthy, and this bottle makes it seem really easy to create your own flavour by mixing different berries. For the best result you’ll have to leave the berries inside the cold water for at least 30 minutes before drinking.

I don’t know if it makes a difference, really. But I would probably choose organic berries to be sure avoid any chemicals.
