I started to take these supplements back in December because my coach advised me to. Before that I didn’t take any, only multivitamin sometimes when I remembered to. And still sometimes I forget to take these supplements.
Omega O3 I take with my breakfast, lunch and dinner. O3 is fishoil and is good for many things. Vitamin D3 I take in the morning, and M3 I take half an hour before I am going to bed because they should make me sleep better. Anyway I just read on PurePharmas website that M3 fights fatigue, which is it opposite, and now I don’t know anymore ha. Other than that I take a multivitamin in the morning and in the evening.
Does it seem to help with your muscle mass??

I have gained alot of muscle mass but I think, it’s because I work out five times a week and eat healthy. It’s hard to say how huge a role the supplements play, but I see progress.
